Rennkit™ uses Priority Flat Rate Shipping through the US Post Office.
Delivery time is generally:
- 1 – 4 days in the USA
- 4 – 10 days to Canada
- 6 – 14 days rest of world (due to customs delay)
- USA: $19 per Medium Size Priority Box eRam Kit™
About half for small box/bag items
- Canada: $52 per Medium Size Priority Box eRam Kit™ (4 – 8 business days)
About half for small box/bag items
- Rest of World: $78 per Medium Size Priority Box eRam Kit™ (7 – 16 business days)
About half for small box/bag items
Accessories or small parts are usually shipped in a Small Priority Box or padded bag.
Shipping charge are added during check out process through PayPal.

Limited Warranty – Rennkit™ Manufactured Products ONLY
Rennkit LLC warrants all Rennkit™ manufactured products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years. The warranty period commences on the date of original purchase.
The 2 year limited warranty is made only to the original end user/purchaser of the product and does not extend to any other owner or vehicle, such as through title change (e.g. vehicle sale), resale, etc. The original end user is the first user and vehicle to put the product into service when purchased directly or through a Rennkit™ Preferred Shop or distributor. It is the owner’s responsibility to establish the warranty period and purchase credentials by showing evidence of 1) original purchase date, 2) Purchaser Name (or shop name), 3) original address and 4) purchase reference number.W arranty may be voided without this information.
By accepting receipt of of any Rennkit product, the original end user/purchaser of the product agrees that Rennkit LLC shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failures or other consequential damage to the vehicle or ancillary items or tools, labor, transportation or any other charges incurred during installation or in the replacement or repair of a defective item. Rennkit LLC accepts no responsibility for any consequences resulting from installation of its products on any vehicle. Installation or removal or any other “shop” charges are not included in the limited warranty terms. During the limited warranty period, any defective part or kit will be replaced free of charge (return shipping charges excluded) after receipt of defective part or kit, provided there is no physical or aesthetic damage caused by installation or abnormal operation and the item(s) are in as-new condition. See “Returns” below. Stipulation for refund: Owner must provide a copy of the original Bill of Sale, Invoice or Packing List.
Rennkit™ Order Cancellation / Product Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Rennkit™ will strive to make you satisfied with your merchandise. Contact us – let us work to resolve any issue first.
IMPORTANT: The following does not include other manufacturers’ parts – those parts are shipped from, and warranted directly by, the manufacturer. Email Rennkit™ at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations are subject to 5% cancellation fee and any prepaid shipping charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
REPAIR or REPLACEMENT POLICY: Any item thought to be defective must first be checked per our test protocol – contact Rennkit. If the item does not pass the prescribed test, it may be returned at customer’s expense to be bench tested and repaired or replaced if still within the warranty period. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to Rennkit. Please allow up to 2 weeks for this process if within the US. Outside the US, allow extra time for shipping.
- New Items: Contact Rennkit™ within 15 days from the original ship date (30 days for Foreign customers).
Returns for repair or replacement: Contact us – you will be responsible for shipping charges.
- Send an email to email@example.com with reason for return – original purchaser contact info, date purchased, etc. Describe the reason for the return, include the item(s) description and contact info.
- Ship item back to Rennkit. We suggest you insure and include tracking. Rennkit shall not be responsible for items NOT received.
- Allow up to 2 weeks for processing refunds and repairs / exchanges from date of receipt of returned item(s).
Please note the following return stipulations to the above policy:
- Applicable only to Rennkit™ manufactured parts and kits.
Warranty for other supplier parts or kits is provided by the manufacturer – contact Rennkit or the original manufacturer directly.
- Parts can be returned in original packaging and condition within 15 days (30 days for foreign orders) for a refund of purchase price less 10% restocking fee.
- Parts returned after 15 days (30 days for foreign orders) in original packaging and condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Custom parts (e.g. Custom height eRam Kit™) returned will be subject to a 50% return fee.
- Tools may be returned for 25% refund.
- Returns of a partial kit are subject to a 75% return fee.
- Parts returned not in “as new condition”, or used, will be subject to an additional 50% return fee.
- Parts returned without customer number, address and/or invoice reference number will not be processed for a refund or exchange until such items are provided. If not provided within 15 days from original email for return, refund may not be processed.
- ALL return packages must be sent shipping charges prepaid.
- COD packages will not be accepted.
- It is recommended that all returns be insured and shipped with a carrier providing a method of tracking and signature in the event the shipment is lost or damaged.
- Rennkit™ shall not be responsible for lost or stolen packages, which shall be considered a non-return and no refund or replacement will be processed.

All user information is stored and is only accessible by a limited number of officers who have agreed to comply with our company policy on privacy and security. While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.
Rennkit LLC charges sales tax on orders (based on the destination of the order) in accordance with state and local tax laws. Rennkit LLC has a business “presence” in Michigan, therefore we are required to charge sales tax based on the tax laws of that state.
Promotions Specials and Discounts
Promotional and special offers are available for a limited time only. Rennkit LLC reserves the right to end any sale or promotion at any time without prior notice. Discounts will appear in the shopping cart. Discounts do not apply to already discounted items, sale items, new lower price items, sets, and wholesale accounts. Select discounts cannot be combined with other offers, including ‘free’ offers. All orders are subject to verification. Discount is not valid on prior purchases and cannot be combined with any other discounts. Other exceptions may apply.
If offered, shipping promotions will appear at checkout. Free shipping applies to US based Ground (standard) shipping and select products only. To qualify, your order must be shipped within the contiguous United States and purchase total must equal or exceed minimum amount specified. Normal shipping fees will apply to products not included in the promotion. Void where prohibited.
Sale, Group Buy or Clearance Pricing
Item availability is limited to stock on hand and can be discontinued at any time. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee the price and it may change while in your cart. When an item goes out of stock, we remove the item from our website as soon as possible; sometimes there may be a slight delay. We will notify you if you placed an order with an item that is no longer available. Some of these items come back into stock, while others are closeouts and are gone forever.
